Sakai Steel Pipe specializes in 3D laser processing of steel pipes and shaped copper, and has enhanced its facilities and systems to accommodate various materials, shapes, and sizes. We would like to introduce some processing examples that our company has handled. We created a "Welcome Board" with the theme of being screwless and weldless. It is designed to be assembled easily. Our 3D laser processing does not require molds, allowing us to accommodate a wide range of products with structures that were previously impossible. Since we can prototype multiple times in a short period, the development time is significantly reduced.
